Dhamrai Government Technical School and College is located in Dhamrai, Dhaka.
The only Government Technical School and College in Dhamrai Upazila of Dhaka District is a well-known and universally recognized 
educational institution in the field of technical education  in  Bangladesh.  The  contribution of  technical education to human 
resource development and poverty alleviationis undeniable. It is  the  responsibility  of  this  institution  to  turn  the vast 
population of this region into skilled human resources through technical education. To meet the challenges of the  21st  century 
in keeping with globalization, this institution has been providing modern and relevant technical education.

The journey of Dhamrai Government Technical School and College started from the academic year 2021 with the aim of developing 
skilled technical citizens and improving the quality of technical education. Currently JSC  (Voc),  SSC (Voc)  and  HSC (Voc) 
education programs are continuing in this institution. Educational programs are conducted by skilled and experienced teachers 
in four different technologies. The institution was built under the construction project of 1 technical school and college in
100 upazilas.
